The Village Development Program is a comprehensive initiative designed to enhance the quality of life in rural communities through a structured, phased approach. This project focuses on addressing key social, health, and economic challenges faced by villagers, while fostering community engagement and sustainable development.

Objectives : (Women)
  • To empower the females through self-awareness and honing their skills for utmost development of their potential.
  • Initiating Vocational Training Centers, Drop-in Centers to pave way for achieving Social, Educational and Economical development.
Objectives : (Youth)
  • To channelize their energy for their self-development as well as for the development of the village.
  • To develop a "Youth Information Center" / "Resource Center" for localized availability of information pertaining to schemes, scholarships etc.
Achievements
Improved Educational Status of the children with help of Program After School Support
More than 50 women in a year are trained for various vocations like beauty parlor, sewing classes, canning and storing, organic farming etc. making them economically independent and helping them support their families
Linking more than 15 families in a year with various welfare schemes of the Government
Infrastructural uplifment in the school premises for providing quality education of facilities
Bringing about awareness amongst children, parents and teachers on Prevention of Child Sexual Abuse
Future Plans
Formation a Bal Vikas Samittee, Child Protection Committee, Adolescent Group.
Initiating a science club as an educational and motivational inputs.
Be catalyst in formation of children's club for improving the quality of life of the children coming to the school by intervening in problems faced by them like child labour, child marriage, child abuse etc.
Capacity building and strengthening the school management committee (SMC) and help in training of teachers.
Formation of Self-Help Group for sustained Economic and Social Development.
Strengthen the existing Health center by involving more specialist doctors.
Introducing the concept of Gram Mitra for overall development of the village by the community themselves.
